Terms of service

1. Who we are

Royalman Cloud is operated by Royalman Digital Concepts (“we”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Domains

Domains are registered through accredited registrars and are subject to the rules of each registry (for example NiRA for .ng). You must give accurate registrant details. A domain is registered only when the registrar confirms it; payment alone does not guarantee registration. If registration fails we refund the amount paid for that item.

3. Renewals and expiry

Domains and hosting renew only when paid. We send reminders before expiry. Expired domains may be lost after the registry's grace period. Hosting that isn't renewed is suspended after a grace period and deleted after the retention period in our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend services used for abuse.

5. Payments

Prices are in Nigerian naira and include the taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paystack; we don't store card details.

6. Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We'll email you before material changes to these terms take effect.
