Refunds and cancellation

Domains

If we can't register or transfer a domain you paid for, we refund that item in full to your original payment method. Successfully registered domains can't be refunded, because the registry fee has been paid.

Hosting

You can cancel hosting at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. New hosting orders can be refunded within 7 days if the service has not been heavily used.

Non-payment

If a hosting renewal isn't paid we give 7 days' grace, then suspend the service (your data is kept), then delete it 30 days after suspension. We email you at each step. Data is never deleted at the moment a subscription expires.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Paystack to the original card or account and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
