What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), registrant contact details for domains, billing records, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

Why

To provide the services you order, register domains with registries (which may publish some registrant data as their rules require), process payments, send service emails, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Who we share with

Our domain registrar and the relevant registry, Paystack for payments, our email delivery provider, and authorities when legally required. We don't sell personal data.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for the period required by law afterwards. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or ask us to delete your data, subject to legal and registry requirements, by contacting support. This policy will be reviewed against the Nigeria Data Protection Act by counsel before launch.
